The Tucson Police Department arrested 23-year-old Caid Stough on the charge of Attempted Manslaughter after responding to a reported domestic violence incident, TPD said on Wednesday.
TPD said the incident occurred on Monday just after 3 p.m. in the area of Stone and Mohave.
