U.S. Border Patrol agents seized six pounds of methamphetamine at the Interstate 19 checkpoint south of Green Valley, Friday.
The packaged drugs were found inside of a backpack found underneath the rear seat of a passenger shuttle van, according to a post on Chief Patrol Agent John R. Modlin’s Twitter feed.
The meth was discovered during a secondary inspection of the vehicle.
