Fire crews were able to get a line around the Charlie Fire northeast of Vail on Monday, stopping forward progress, according to the Arizona Department of Forestry and Fire Management.
The human-caused fire, located between Vail and Marsh Station Road, is currently at 5.4 acres with 60% containment.
