Northwest Fire and Tucson Fire crews responded to reports of a church fire early Wednesday morning in the 1700 block of West Wetmore Road.
The fire was extinguished quickly, but was determined to be suspicious in nature, according to the Pima County Sheriff’s Department.
Detectives were called to the scene. The investigation is ongoing.
